Two rooms even feature balconies that overlook the bustling Flagler Ave with great shops and restaurants. Guests can relax in the peaceful surroundings of this serene property or walk to blocks to the baech and make the most of their time in New Smyrna Beach right in the heart of the action.

THE FLAMINGO ROOM | (Direct Balcony Access) As beautiful as they are fun, flamingos adorn the Flamingo Room at the Inn on the Avenue. Decorated in pinks and greens, this comfortable room overlooks Flagler Avenue with direct access to the front balcony (shared with other guests). Featuring a king-size bed, this room also showcases a unique antique travel sink. A cot for a third guest is optional.
THE SEAHORSE ROOM | (First Floor, Handicapped Accessible) The Seahorse Room at the Inn on the Avenue offers handicap access for guests requiring ground floor accommodations. Relax in the jacuzzi tub and let yourself dream while surrounded by aqua and moss green decór. Comfortable queen bed offers luxurious furnishings and all the comforts of home.
THE SEASHELL ROOM | (Direct Balcony Access) Feel the warmth of our Inn on the Avenue in the Seashell Room featuring a king-size four-poster bed. Decorated in warm yellows, guests staying here are comforted with happiness. Chandeliers and a shell art mirror over an antique dry sink cabinet are just a few of the interesting features that adorn the Seashell Room. This room has a private bath with shower and French doors that open directly to the balcony (shared with other guests) facing Flagler Avenue for those who enjoy ocean breezes and people watching. THE STARFISH ROOM | Enjoy the romance and privacy of the Starfish Room at the Inn on the Avenue. This artfully designed room features a king-size bed and is decorated in light teals, aquas and white. THE MERMAID SUITE | White, blue and rich black décor is featured in the Mermaid Suite at the Inn on the Avenue. Playful mermaids adorn the walls and every detail in this mystical accommodation.
