A Perfect Setting
The historic Southern Live Oak tree at the Inn On The Avenue is a perfect backdrop for outdoor events. Offering shade, Spanish Moss and southern charm, the oak tree is a symbolic treasure. It can be decorated (with care) and paired with beautiful decor on your special day.
We will work with your caterer (or arrange one for you), and if they need access to our kitchen, we’ll be happy to assist, whether it’s for the rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or wedding weekend gathering. How about a special newlywed breakfast? We can arrange that, and your wedding guests are welcome to join you!
Want us to just handle it? We’ve got a list of preferred local vendors from photographers, officiants, caterers, and more if you’re not local to the area.

Weddings
There is no need to spend an additional fee to have your wedding at one location and the reception at another. The Inn On The Avenue offers a ceremony space under our beautiful oak tree and a reception area (outside on our covered patio) complete with a bar and plenty of room to eat and dance. Having one location makes it easy for your guests, and more affordable. We can accommodate up to 100 wedding/reception guests.
Of course, lodging is our specialty. After the party, guests can just retire upstairs. Our full inn sleeps up to 16 people and includes breakfast. Additional guests can enjoy nearby accomodations within walking distance right down the block. You’ll find our room rates are very competitive with other local hotels and bed and breakfast inns. We specialize in making our guests feel at home in luxury. We’ll pamper the bride and groom for a honeymoon to remember.

Group Retreats
A retreat can be a huge help when working to advance your business, build your team, or treat your staff. Maybe you are working through a strategic plan. A retreat will bring together key people in your company or group to help meet your business goals. Businesses in Orlando and other out-of-town destinations will find that the one-hour (+/-) drive helps to “leave the office behind.” This distance also prevents excuses for needing to “take a break” only to go back to the office.
